Feb 24 – March 3, 2019 – Family Promise @ LPC
Lincroft Presbyterian Church welcomes Family Promise guests the week of Feb 24 – March 3, 2019. This is our opportunity to stand in solidarity with local homeless families as they work through a very difficult time. Our guests, five families, arrive Sunday evening for dinner. Each day of the week two volunteers prepare dinner, two spend the early evening hours with the guests, and two sleep overnight in the church. Click the button below to sign up.
March 1 – 3, 2019 – Annual Women’s Retreat-by-the-Sea
The annual LPC Women’s Retreat-by-the-Sea: an amazing weekend filled with spiritual growth and fellowship among the ladies of LPC – a sharing of joys, concerns and dreams.
- Friday: begins with Dinner
- Saturday: Morning Session; Lunch at local restaurant; short Afternoon Session; Craft; pot-luck Dinner
- Sunday: Informal Worship overlooking the ocean
April 25, 2019, Thursday, 7:00 pm – The Wag: Family Promise Fundraiser
The Wag four-piece band will perform their enthusiastic pop rock harmonies at Lincroft Presbyterian Church. This is LPC’s annual fund raiser to benefit Family Promise.
Family Promise’s mission is to help homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community based response.
